Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Hotel software where the bookings of our hotel are made and where our invoices are sent from. Should Checkin Planner make changes in their software, this could have consequences for you and your data. You will be notified as soon as possible should major changes occur that will affect the processing of your personal data.
How long we keep personal data
UKI-Hotel does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the retention period of the tax authorities. We must keep/update and keep our records for 7 years. This applies to paper administration as well as digital administration.
Sharing personal data with third parties
UKI-Hotel does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
