UKI-Hotel is a luxurious and unique one-bedroom hotel located in a historic wharf cellar in the beautiful old city-center of Utrecht. It is a truly unique place to discover Utrecht’s city-center and to find peace while watching the boats on the Oudegracht pass by. All historic and tourist attractions are within walking or cycling distance from the hotel as well as numerous restaurants, bars, theaters and cinemas.

Costs overnight stays
Currently, you can only book on: Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Additionally, there is a minimum stay of 2 nights per booking.

Our different package deals
As a guest of UKI-Hotel you can use the wharf-terrace that is located directly in front of the cellar. While enjoying your drink, you can enjoy the passing boats and beautiful view. Due to its location below streetlevel, you can escape the usual citysounds. In addition to its special location, UKI-Hotel distinguishes itself by its package deals which are unique in the Netherlands.
Breakfast deal
After a wonderful overnight stay, you can start the day with a good breakfast at Papi’s Comfort Kitchen near the wharf cellar.
Papi’s believes that quality ingredients and thoughtful food preparation are the foundation of any good restaurant, so we’ve put together a menu to showcase all of our favorite dishes with a unique ‘Papi’ twist. The focus will be on the best of breakfast and brunch, including savory pancakes, a real full English breakfast, buttermilk fried chicken with waffles and fresh seasonal specials. If you want it, we have it.
Choice of breakfast:
- Toast with homemade marmalade and butter + a small portion of overnight oats with Granola or small pancakes.
- Healthy overnight oats topped with home-roasted granola, fruit and crème fraiche
- Eggs on sourdough toast – sunny side up or fried.
All breakfasts are served with coffee/tea of your choice and a juice (freshly squeezed). If you want an addition to your choice of breakfast, this is certainly possible, these costs are for your own account.

Accessibility
ADDRESS
Oudegracht a/d Werf 409 D, 3511 PE Utrecht
UKI-Hotel is located near the Tolsteeg barrier. The Oudegracht starts there.
After 150 meters on the Oudegracht you will see a staircase to the wharf at the height of the Diaconessenstraat.
The first wharf cellar to the left of these stairs is the UKI-Hotel.

You can buy an exit parking ticket at the UKI-Hotel that you can use for a one-off exit.
YOU ARE COMING BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The UKI-Hotel is also easily accessible by public transport. The “Vaartsche Rijn” train station is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Check-in & Check-out
STANDARD
You can check-in between 2 PM and 8 PM. Check-out will be at 11 AM.
Please contact us if desired otherwise.
We would like to know your arrival time in advance so that we can welcome you and hand over the key.
Children and pets
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
UKI-Hotel only has room for 2 people. You can choose whether you share this with a/your child.
